I've read about these scopes in here a few times and the feeling was

Hmm..... I had trouble finding a dealer here in the US. I was able to find
exactly two of them:
http://www.testsolu.com/ is where I bought mine (Anna Flores was the rep)
http://www.ntecusa.com/ Kieth Simpson was real nice, but I had alread
talked with Anna from TEST.
Both offered a right of return for at least 10 days (or was it 30?).
www.rigolna.com is their "North American" sight, but it seems a bit out of
touch.
email I fired off two days ago has gone unanswered and my Mandarin is
rusty so I hesitate to call, esp. if they answer in Cantonese, won't I
be embarrassed. :)
So how did the folks in here get to buy the scope? Did you get a
return policy? I don't like buying big new things unseen, you know?
I had good luck via e-mail with tech@xxxxxxxxx and support@xxxxxxxxxx Not
so good luck with feixing@xxxxxxxxx which is where your request probably
went. I had trouble finding a vendor for some reason, but their support
line rocks.
I hear you on the sight-unseen thing. I was real hesitant to spend that
kind of money, but with the input from David and the fact that Rigol builds
the Chinese HP scopes, I went for it. So far, I'm really happy with it. I
never used any other DSO before so be sure to keep that in mind, but I did
do allot of research before chosing Rigol. So far, I still don't think I
screwed up by not buying a Tek for twice the money. ;-)
