On approximately April 27, there were over 5,000 *garbage* missives
that flodded the sci.electronics.design newsgroup, and on April 29, over
11,000 *garbage* missives floded the same newsgroup.
Those of us that normally use that NG for legitimate purposes are, to
be polite, outraged and want the perpertrator to be permanently stopped.
All of the messages have random (i use the term "ranDUMB") words in
the subject line, have random words in the body, and all headers are
forged: the sources are always different and obviously false.
I am asking you to put whatever resources are necessary to stop that
junk and jail the sender.
A lot of bandwidth and time is being stolen from all ISPs that handle
the sci.electronics.design newsgroup; i waisted over 15 minutes in
"downloading" maybe half of those garbage headers (they have to come in
to be marked as read) and quit (am on dial-up).
Please stop that idiot!
