Have you looked at the header info ?

Robert has sent his complain to _his_ news service. While this might get
some attention, it would be better (as you suggest) to examine the
header of the offending message and send a message to the host at the
far right hand side of the 'Path'. In this case, that would be
suddenlink.net
I also find it to be effective to send a message to the next to the last
hosting company, newshosting.com. The ideas is that if is unwilling or
incapable to identify the offending poster, the net best solution is to
have the next host in line to blacklist the entire newsfeed from the
source. Unfortunately, this would make an orphan of suddenlink.net. But
it gets better results, as the next logical step would be to contact the
next host upstream from newshosting.com and request that their feed be
cut. News hosting companies are highly motivated to stay off the
blacklist.
