What are you doing on JSF?
John
It comprises about 14 racks worth of gear. That is $795k worth of
arbitrary waveform generators alone. One in each 16 channel module @
$15k each.
There is also a smaller synthesizer in each module as well, but they
were only about $2500 each. So, that's $927k in signal synthesis
alone.... our cost.
One of my jokes down at the bar (when I go down to shoot some pool) that
I tell to the marines that are ALWAYS there is:
I spent all day in a rack, but I'm no hero. :-]
(pretty fast commutes too)
I'm due for another pool session... I think I'll go down there
tonight.
Do it. They should shove a pool cue down your throat for that lame
crack.
