Judging by article 15, it has been instituted a public committee
(controlled by the parliament) that looks out for infractions. The
sanctions are listed in article 16. There are "just" administrative
sanctions (up to 100k euros), no jail.
100k euros? Oh my God!!!
Or better "me coglioni!!!"
