Those reactions will be so small compared to the idiotic over reaction
of the Republicans that noone will bother to record them in the
history books.

Who knows, the democrats may even catch OBL or at least find out where
he died of laughter at the republicans.

Ummmmm? IIRC Clinton passed on the chance to grab OBL.

He passed on the chance to kill him a couple of times because there
would be many others killed in the process. This was all before the
proof was in about the bombing of the Cole and the embassies was in.
Just as he was leaving office the investigations yelded the proof. He
passed all the information along to the Bush folks who ignored it.

Remember that when he did go after OBL, all the republicans yelled
"wag to dog wag the dog". They knew it wasn't true but they put a
short term political gain above the good of the nation.

A bunch of guys from Saudi Arabia took over planes with box cutters.
The rupublicans used it as a reason to invade a different country and
make me take my shoes off before I get on the plane. Your phone calls
are being monitored. "sneak and peak" searches are being done. OBL
wasn't found. The US is now less safe as a result of the actions of
the folks in charge.
