Best arb gen PCI bd

I am looking to buy a PCI arbitrary wave generator card that will also
do internal AM, FM sweeps, etc. Max frequency would be 20MHz. I like
the NI gear, but it's expensive. Can anyone recommend a more cost
effective option. I don't need LabView compatibility.
