Maybe if you'd use your imagination you could create something, then
you'd be less likely to be such a downer and poo poo everyone else's
efforts. I think you are just a grumpy crank who needs to get laid.

Try to feel better.

The windmill in question was a poorly done ripoff of a highly
inefficient 1930's WPA rural cistern pump run backwards.

It's also not a generator. Look closely and there are no wires. In short it's just
a toy that rotates in the wind.

Also a roof isn't intended to take high loads. If the thing made useful power at a
wind speed of say 10mph, which it needs to if it's to be any use, it'll take your
roof off in a storm !
