John you are such a jackass loser, these guys are getting funded to
help solve the Australian energy crisis.
Then the Australians are in deep trouble.
Of course they're in trouble! After all, Australia is the home of
Phil, 'the raving loon' Allison, and idiots like this, who truly believe
that they can break the laws of physics with old beer cans and bear
grease.
The design is an outright ripoff of a grossly inefficient 1930's WPA
cistern pump.

for the half-wit who is talking smack about some 1930's sistern.
here is the Australian wind turbine from ABC news:
http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2007/06/27/1963676.htm
Which will allow owners to get tax rebates from the Aussie govt.
starting next year.
It's just a crudely-made drum that spins slowly on a roof, sometimes,
if the wind is just right. There's no generator and if there was one,
it might make a few watts, occasionally. A government would have to be
mighty dumb to subsidize that!
It doesn't even appear to be bolted down! If X mph of wind will spin
it, a gust of 1.5X will blow it away.

Probably works as well as your ESR meter ;-)
A drum scheme might actually work, pretty much like an airplane
wing... zero airspeed at the roof boundary catches my attention.
Good Lord! You can't do the math, either.
John
more ad hominem and non-sequitor, what does europe have to do with
this?
what do you guys have against the free market?
bunch of clowns.
