Your arguments are qualitative and impassioned, but that doesn't
impress physical reality. If you really knew what you were talking
about, you'd be able to tell us whether or not it's too late. But you
can't. You don't even know if global warming might be a good thing.

At present, the factors contributing to climate, weather, and
temperature are poorly understood. Given that you don't understand
what's going on, how can you be sure that any action is necessary at
all, or that any blundering intervention into something so poorly
understood mightn't even plunge us into a premature ice age?
