And for the record, I tried to give the guy more time to reform, my boss told me I was being to nice and just do it. And who said he was
knowledgeable? The funning thing is, they never did a full background
check on him when he got interviewed until they got ready to let him go.
It seems that his prior employer found him non favorable for the task
at hand and wouldn't elaborate any more. We can only assume the rest.
We have laws over here that protect people to a degree from their prior
employers.
