Ah, but you're using spices to "add flavor."

I suspect that, in bulk quantities, sugar is cheaper than most spices. :-)

Or did you just mean salk and pepper?


That, and a lot of other spices. Plus a small dose of spicey potato
chips which my wife places in a ziplock bag and rolls over them with a
pin roller until it's a fine powder.
