Oscilloscope Shopping on a $2000.00 Budget

I want a scope for Christmas :)
I have a $2000.00CAD (including expenses) budget for a new or used
oscilloscope.
I tend to do smps and uC projects.

Any suggests of what to look for?

I've been browsing Ebay.
I've been looking at Tek scopes from the 90's.
A Tek 2465 for $66 bucks ..that's scary.... :O
