The vid card can pipe vga through the dvi port (and does). So, all
that are needed are two dongle looking DVI to vge plugs that go into the
back of his card.
You wording made it sound like (could sound like) he needed to attach
some kind of converter box to his card.
Yes, with that DVI-I splitter, and a DVI-D to VGA convertor (and yes, such
devices do exist), one can, in theory, run two analog monitors off of one
DVI-I output on a PC.
