Indeed. And any computing project with the word "integrated" in its
title is doomed to be a costly failure.
I worked on the "Integrated Crypto Feature" (mainframe crypto
coprocessor). While it didn't make any money itself, dragged along
a few hundred million worth of computers, software, and services.
