a year X 3 for the "elite", and rather than admit that an $8.00/hr temp
is better than they are, they call my agent and say, "We don't need him
any more."
8$ temp? Your problem is that you're not charging enough. Put a zero
behind that and you'll have more work than you can handle. ;-)/2
Well, I was in the process of digging my way out of a poverty hole
I'd managed to get myself into, and temping is the quickest way I know
to get a job TODAY, and eat by Friday. :-)
But you can dig a lot faster at $80/hr than you can at $8/hr. A lot
more than 10x, in fact.
Well, I'm doing better than that now, but as far as making the big bucks,
I can probably tell you 12 ways not to become an entrepreneur. ;-)
(cf. Edison re 999 ways not to make a lightbulb. ;-) )
Cheers!
