Isolation Transformer Substitute

Anybody know where I can get a cheapo 115VACin to ~163VDCout ~200W
smps with good isolation?
The idea is to dodge buying a ~200W isolation transformer.
And to avoid doing something goofy like:
E*bay 12V smps + E*bay automotive inverter with 'Pure Sine'.
