a little over a half acre. A lot of the homes around here are less than
10 years old, and some are barely two.


It is a welfare program administered by the USDA. Certainly you qualify,
you are below the poverty line..


Yes, anyone under about $20,000 a year can get a ten dollars per
month, or more. In my case it would be $10 a month, but I don't get
them. You have to have zero income to get $150 per person per month.
Several homeless Veterans I've met could really use them, but they don't
qualify, because they have no permanent residence.



As far as VISA, my credit union keeps trying to get me to take one.
I made the decision in 1972 that I would NEVER own a credit card.
