I'm looking for an analog switch, actually only P-channel (to +VCC)
needed, runs on 2.7V-3.3V, around 6 ohms on, < 8pF off.

Suggestions?

Do you mean just a p-channel low-threshold fet?

Well, you can search the usual suspects: Fairchild, Zetex, IR, On.

But maybe take a look at the NEC solid-state relays. Some of them have
numbers like 4 ohms on, 1.1 pF off.
