Maybe in Podunkville but not in the real world, advertizing rates are based on reliable estimates of viewership. This means shows like Anerican Idol can name their price, but things like The Michael Terrell Show will go unsponsored, probably have to air that on a local cable channel where you pay them for time, in the same crowd as the local KKK white supremacist program...and about the same content value if not even less.
