I'm not going to waste toilet paper unnecessarily. If you're healthy,
regular, and somewhat flexible, you too could practice the Asian squat
method and not need toilet paper. I go through maybe a single roll
annually, and I am totally clean. If you require wiping, it usually
means you had incomplete evacuation of the colon, the exterior may be
cleaned of large debris but just below the surface you're still stuffed
with feces. I on the other hand achieve complete evacuation up to the
intestine, the whole process is completed in seconds, without effort or
tons of gaseous discharge due to bacterial action on long term fecal
retention.
