Thanks for the tip about the salt spray, hadn't thought of that & we
are in a coastal area.
Thanks to everyone else for your advice too, it will come in handy if
we go ahead but the manufacturer is being a bit of a dink, wants us to
commit to 500 before they begin production but they won't give us a
sample of the exact model we want (H pol vs. V pol) for testing so we
will probably goin g with "Plan B", once we figure out what it is.

H versus V polarization is a matter of mounting above 100 MHz. Now if
you want a proportions mix that is a different matter.
