Anyone Seen This XP Quirk?

I'm experiencing a strange quirk in XP...
Windows Explorer suddenly decides I don't have administrator rights
and I can't copy anything to/from My Documents or Program Files.
Closing and re-starting Windows Explorer fixes the problem... for
awhile :-(
Any ideas?
