What are people using to program 22V10's these days? On the rare

I think the 'generic' eprom programmers you can find on ebay may still
support GALs.

Graham

Our new programmers do 22V10's. I meant, what software is used to
compile designs into fuse maps?

John

Won't the Xilinx toolchain target 22V10's?

Dunno. But it's a monster... the *patches* run to a gigabyte. I don't
run it myself... I delegate software messes like that to minions.

John

It looks awful: huge, frequently re-vamped, often obsoleted, loads of
patches, jealously guarded, reluctantly lent to users.

That's the main reason I prefer a smaller, older, hopefully better-
tested tool--I'm wary of trusting a fickle tool that might disappear
or drop my device(s) at any moment.
