He is referring to one of the well-known LIES in the pseudo- documentary
"The Great Global Warming Swindle".

This is another standard tactic of the propagandists - tell a lie, and
when someone notices the lie, and tells the truth, you call him a liar,
very loudly and insistently.

How they have managed to get away with it for so long is quite remarkable. I
largely blame an uncritical (and mostly stupid) media whose 'science
correspondents' these days are a complete joke.

Eventually however REAL scientists have finally got mad as hell about this
phoney science and are now standing up to be counted.

The IPCC really deserve to be lined up against a wall and shot.
