It doesn't look like it's that fine of pitch (if that's what you were implying). I measured the "ball" on a ballpoint pen and it measured about 0.045" diameter. So, this thing may simply be 1mm pitch.

Are you really that hard-pressed for space? At those currents I'd always prefer external FETs.
