That's quite generous of you. Hopefully all your kids will actually
appreciate it -- even with the best efforts, the best parents can't always
keep all their children from screwing up... and screwed up kids still
reproduce just as often as non-screwed up kids.

You have my support there. I've never quite figured out why it was to be that
social security *must* run out sooner or later when, if everyone were just
allowed to keep the money that goes into SS and invested it themselves, they'd
have no problem ending up retiring with more monthly income than SS gives
anyway. Weird... (I realize that not everyone has the discipline to perform
such an investment, so I'm OK with the government doing that part, I'm just
complaining about how poor the government seems to handle all that money...)
