It gives quite a bit of control over what to do with a PDF.
Also, in Firfox, make sure the default download action is to ask
what to do next, not dump it in the default download dumpster folder.
Tools -> Options -> Main -> Always ask me where to dump files.
open in Acrobat and not in Firefox. That's usually when things crash
since Acrobat is the SW that crashes the most here in the office, by far.
Aha! You need to configure Firefox to use Adobe Reader to open PDF's.
I don't like Adobe products. Too many crashes. Heck, I don't even like
adobe brick. We have that all around the yard and it crumbles.
