bringing back the "Windfall Profits Tax" is FORWARD-looking?
Carter tried that back in 1980,and it's result was to double foreign oil
imports,and they increased every year afterwards.Tax increases? Every
intelligent person knows that they reduce actual tax revenue,the historical
record is there for all to read.

It amazes me how willfully blind Obamaniacs are.
They ignore his pitiful record as a representative of Ilinois and the
Senate,his associations with Communists and terrorists,his complete lack of
any practical experience,and think he is the Messiah.
