Hard to say, but it is a bit unkind to janitors.

I worked for two mid-level engineers, one after the other, each of whom
obtained an MBA as a requisite for their advancement.

They were still fine people, but were somewhat more inclined to bean
counting after their baptism into the Holy Order.
