How do you explain Greenland (aptly named at the time) used to support
raising cattle and growing grapes?

It has NOTHING to do with being liberal - heck I'm as liberal as they come. No
- it's to do with being a gullible schmuck.

Easy, boy, easy - tough as it may be to admit to yourself, you and Jim
seem to be on the same AGW skepticism wavelength. But I don't know if
Jim's actually referring to the science, or if he's merely in knee-jerk
reaction to the liberal weenies. ;-)

I was prepared a few years ago to work on the 'precautionary principle' to reduce
CO2 emissions, not least because it makes energy efficiency sense. Carbon based
resources are not limitless after all.

However it think it was Jonathan Kirwan who replied to a quite genuine question
about the supposed basis of AGW in such a contemptuous way (along the lines of "but
everyone knows that" without actually quoting specifics) that I began smelling a
rat. So, I decided to do my own 'research 'and I found this alleged 'consensus' was
anything but.

I've come to the conclusion it's close to fraud in fact.
