First you should back up your statements by facts. Can you cite a study,
which proves your statement, that kids with parents on welfare ends up on
welfare, too? I don't think 100% ends up on welfare, so how many do and
why? For which country is this valid?


You can find that in books. I think one I saw was called "The Web of Poverty".

However, having done some volunteer service I have seen a pretty clear trend in families. If the parents are on welfare it kind of rubs off on the kids. They don't do any financial planning, parents do not teach them that because they don't have to do it themselves, they buy stuff on a whim, but they know exactly when the next check is going to be in the mailbox. And it better be there ...
