I'm reasonably sure that not a single year has ever gone by without
people immigrating to the United States. Therefore, I don't
understand the comment.

Also, to be President, one must be a "natural born citizen". The
exact meaning of that term is arguably (technically) in doubt, but
history and the Congress have established certain prescedents, either
through action or inaction.

Which is proably a good thing for McCain since he was born in the
Panama Canal Zone, which was never officially part of the United
States. If elected, I think he would be the first president to be
born on foreign soil. (I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong
about that!)

Where was NObama born?

I am sure that he is a Chi Town Hustler.
