exact meaning of that term is arguably (technically) in doubt, but
history and the Congress have established certain prescedents, either
through action or inaction.

Which is proably a good thing for McCain since he was born in the
Panama Canal Zone, which was never officially part of the United
States. ?If elected, I think he would be the first president to be
born on foreign soil. ?(I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong
about that!)

I have noticed recently some spelling problems lately, mostly with
simple words.
I don't know if that is Google Groups doing that, or ??? It is pretty
annoying.
I did promise others that I would switch to a real newsreader program
soon, and maybe that will clear it up. Obviously, in context the word
is "word", but you're too ignorant to pick up on that.
