Ever hear of "clear cutting"? In AZ clear cutting would reduce forest
fires to minor nuisances. Instead we annually have real messes on our

I'm not allowed to cut a firebreak, or to mow the grass in the
Florida Green belt that's right behind my property. SOme of the state's
trees hang over the roof of my garage, but it is illegal to trim them.
