i believe we've discussed this before. HIPAA act specifies a fine of
up to $50,000 and imprisonment of up to 1 year for each act of
disclosing health or medical information which can be identified to
one person. and that includes hospital stays and that includes birth.
try it and see.
however you are welcome to peruse his birth announcement printed in
not one, but two hawaiian newspapers in 1961
