Yep, But it's presently limited to Author, Subject and Newsgroup
fields. I understand the Message-ID field will be added in v5. But
no scoring capability to allow white-listing :-(


I'm using ForteInc as a newsfeed and I find they killfile a lot of spam
for me before it gets to their servers. I once pondered the possibility
of running my own Linux-based newsproxy that could auto-get/killfile
according to a whitelist/blacklist of headers, but never got around to
it. If you hear of anyone that's got a good guide, I may still progress
once I've rebuilt my server.

I use APN (ForteInc) also, but I run NewsProxy as a front-end, mostly
with scoring-and-flag filters, so I can block the googlegroups/gmail
village idiot crowd, but yet maintain a white-list.
