Note that it's 74HCU04... do you know what that means?
But only if V1 and V2 are sufficiently low impedance.
(1) What does that have to do with it?
(2) Part of the "test" is to define when each switch is open/closed
Now! What does it do?
This will indeed separate the men from the boys, the designers from
the hackers, those that understand electronics and those who can only
make LED's blink ;-)
