I say "NOT locked" because Qwest DSL locks you into using whatever
service they "give" (MSN i think); ComCast does the same crap.
I have taken months to find a decent ISP; "decent" for me is (1)
Webmail and NOTHING in a e-mail (part of their browser) client, and (2)
ASCII representation - ALL HTML and Java !stripped! (or !ripped!) out.
The possible advantage is that one might even get high speed internet.
How many ISP's meet those criteria?
