Today we found out why the train is getting bothered!..

Apparently, not in use any more, there is an old steel drainage
tube just under the vault and goes out side under the tracks and
makes it's way to a drain that no longer exist.

When the system is on, I walked the path using a gauss meter and
found this trial that lead to the trouble spot on the track and continued a few feet after that.

Looking at the old blue prints to the building, showed a drain pipe
there constructed of steel and who knows what else, wouldn't be surprised to find asbestos also.

We maybe digging up a small section and removing it, this will get
the DEP involved also to make sure we're not doing anything maliciously.
