Real keyboard (Type in address. No pecking on a touchscreen.)
Bigger 8.9" display (Easier to see a bigger map.)
8Gb Solid State Drive (Speed bumps don't hurt the drive.)
Able to do computer stuff. (Watch porn while stuck in traffic.)
__Cons__
Slides off dash board when turning fast. :P

My BlackBerry 8900 came with GPS. Works fine, $200 with a cell contract (T-Mobile, 4 free phones).
