I did not say he was incompetence, merely old. Whilst what you say may be true, there are no laws in the UK limiting the age above which you are not permitted to drive. Cars are more likely to be lethal weapons than motorbikes. And of course in the US there's nothing to stop the senile owning guns. At least we don't allow that nonsense over here.
