If there's not many governments playing together, a lot of money being
invested and taken care, that not some high up people are themselves
involved in the pirate games, there might be success.

If not, then I think this is far too optimistic.


Didn't we already hear already about some other situations, some other
toys and some other 'shouldn't be too much trouble' statements?

In most cases the initially estimated costs in 'solving a problem'
were far off.

However I fully agree, that 'the pirate problem has to be seriously
attacked' and not just with two thee 'goodwill flagships' which are
merely there to show off, but which are by far not sufficent to
threaten any pirate.



under a weak leader,besides the fact that it invites more shenanigans,the
weak leader will not take definitive action to solve the problem,but will
instead negotiate and make one-sided concessions to placate them.
