Yabbut, I think that Martin Brown was just noting that zero-sum is the way
the "press, the leftists, and maybe most of the public" play it, which is
not the way reality works. And trying to fit a whole economy into a
zero-sum model is an example of "... public policy that's downright
destructive to the bulk of the population."
