local VA clinic, I still can't get the swellings down in my legs enough
to heal the sores.
It is beginning to sound like you should give him similar treatment to
the punk that tried to rob you a few years back. In a slightly
perverted sense the doc is doing something ethically similar.
Its not the doctor's fault. He knows whats wrong, but Congress has
blocked the treament for all Veterans.
It has mostly been that way since 1975.
