Hot wind machine

Hi,

I have a hot wind machine which is quite good to desolder components.
However, recently I want to desolder a component which has 208 pins. I
have tried twice in different time but cannot remove it successfully.
The PCB is already very hot.

For components of large pin count, is there any special skill which
need to remove them easier?
