VARIAN TWT manual

I am looking for the service manual of the VARIAN twt amplifiers with a
little LED front panel informing about status, power, helix current....
I do'nt know the generic family : I am facing a VZM6991K31194 20W
8-18Ghz with a dead power supply. Thanks
