Obviously you haven't been paying attention
to the antics of the Thai jerk...or the jerk from Singapore.
One thing is for sure:
Spammers don't see THEMSELVES as the problem.
They are sociopaths who will do whatever they will.
If their PROVIDERS can't be convinced to take a different stance
than their subscribers are taking, things won't change.

The best thing you can do is "IGNORE THEM"!

No. You **report** them.
The power YOU have is to try to convince a *responsible* provider
to terminate the account. Inbox bulk *can* count.
If you want to plonk them AFTER reporting them, that is your option.
If everyone just plonks them,
there will NEVER be any repercussions for the spammers
--unless you are willing to hunt him down in meatspace
and give him the treatment you would administer to any other parasite.

Does anyone *really* need more evidence
that spammers are at the left edge of the bell curve?

[1] I know; it's redundant.
