All I've ever been able to find is the User and Service Guide, at http://www.home.agilent.com/agilent/facet.jspx?kt=1&cc=US&lc=eng&k=54601 (Scroll about half-way down the screen.)

Not saying there isn't something better or more complete out there, just that this is the only thing I could find when I was looking.

I'm assuming you knew that HP's Test and Measurement division was spun off to form part of Agilent Technologies back around 2000.

You might also keep an eye on ftp://ftp.agilent.com/pub/manuals/ This is where Agilent posts manuals that it hasn't yet gotten around to putting on its "official" website.
