Why revenge, they probably deserve to be scooped out of the gene pool before they pollute it any further.
Apparently authorised vehicles carry a transponder to lower then raise the
bollards as they pass over them.
It would be fantastic revenge for those whose cars were wrecked to have a
transponder jammer to raise the bollards as a bus is going over and rip its
rear axle out.
